So, who is Liz?
I am a Kirkwood, MO native and Kirkwood will be my forever home. I got started in photography when I bought my first “nice” camera to take pictures of my own kids. I took a few classes and then my friends started asking me to take their Christmas card pictures. From there, my business started growing. I keep my skills sharp with continuing education and online photography communities. I believe there is always room to grow and learn.
I love watching my kids play soccer, traveling, home renovations/design and planning adventures with my family.
Fun facts you might not know about me (not in any particular order):
I love ALL thing Christmas. Decorations go up after Halloween (who needs Thanksgiving decorations anyway?) and listen to Christmas music all year round
I love Jesus
I love to travel- beach over mountains
I’m guilty of using too many !!!!!!!!!!
I don’t love ice cream or cake. Chocolate chip cookies and brownies all day
I was 26 and lived in Texas when we had Abigail, our first born
We live less than a mile away from the house I grew up in
I enjoy collaborating and meeting other photographers
I’m a sucker for a pretzel and cheese
I love hosting and entertaining- signature cocktails are my jam
I have a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology and practiced for 10+ years
I’m a baby whisperer during newborn sessions
I love finding and giving the perfect gift
I was in a sorority
I met my husband, Scott in a bar on The Landing in downtown STL. It’s a great story
I hate sushi- it’s a texture thing
I’m addicted to GLOW Candles (a local STL company). My candle stash is semi-embarrassing
I thrive on procrastination and multi-tasking
I LOVE Disney World and would go every year if possible. It’s magical
